P&P+Return Policy

Prints & Greeting Cards:
Prints and greeting cards are sent via Royal Mail (no minimum order required).
Although it is usually quicker, please allow 5-10 days to receive original artworks and prints. Please allow longer during festive seasons or for external delays outside of my control.

Puzzles:
Puzzles are typically delivered by UPS. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery (UPS does not deliver on Saturdays). Allow for longer delivery times during festive seasons.

Diamond  Painting Kits:
Diamond painting kits are made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your package, and a little longer during festive seasons.

Original Artwork:
Original artwork will be sent either by courier (with free shipping on orders of £450 or above) or delivered personally if you live in my area. Should you have any questions, please contact me via the link below.

RETURNS
I am all about keeping things fun and fabulous, but just a little heads-up: I can only accept returns for damaged items. 
So make sure you love what your order!!! 
If you have any question I will be more than happy to help.

In the unfortunate event that an order is damaged during shipment, please contact me as soon as you received it, and to expedite the proccess
 please take some photos of the damaged unopened package and then the damaged print/greeting card/ puzzle/diamond painting or artwork; these photos will be used to submit an appropriate claim to the shipping courier​
