Original artwork and commissions:

Original artwork and commissions will be sent either  by courier (and will be FREE on orders of £450 or above),  or delivered personally for FREE if you live in my area, for delivery times contact me via the link below.

Prints:

Prints are sent via Royal Mail, and will also be FREE IN THE UK (no minimal order)

​Although it is normally quicker, please allow  5-10  days to receive your Artwork & prints  but  longer during special holiday times or delays due to postal strikes.

Puzzles:

Puzzles are usually delivered by UPS (FREE IN THE UK), please allow 3 or 4 working days, (Ups does not deliver on Saturday), please allow longer if you live in a remote area or during festive times.

Diamond kits:

These kits are made to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your package and a little longer during festive seasons. (FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK)

RETURNS

Other than damage, I will not accept returns on any of my Mademe products

(Please note that the 25% deposit on the agreed commissions price is not refundable)

If an order is damaged during shipment, please contact me as soon as you received it.

To expedite the process please take some photos of the damaged unopened package and then the damaged Artwork or prints; these photos will be used for submitting an appropriate claim to the shipping courier
